Responsibilities
-
Provide individual, couples, and family Telehealth and/or in person therapy sessions.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
-
For Licensed Social Workers and Mental Health Counselors: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. State licensure required.

For CADC Licensed Psychologists: Doctoral degree in Psychology. CADC licensure required.

For PhDs: Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field. State licensure preferred.

Demonstrated experience in providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Treatment Approaches
We prioritize maintaining the highest level of confidentiality for agents. Our expertise includes diagnostic assessment (helping patients gain clarity into the nature of their struggles), short-term counseling (including motivational interviewing), crisis intervention (with particular focus on PTSD, anxiety, and depression relevant to law enforcement agents), case management, and referral care/coordination.
